What It's Like

To many who do not have autism it is difficult to understand what autism feels like. However, it is not impossible to grasp how autism is experienced by those whose brains and nervous systems work differently. Each of us have a brain and nervous that equips us to feel, sense and experience sensory information. With willingness to allow our own nervous system to teach us and a little insight from those with autism, understanding how autism feels is possible.
