Mental health can feel like a confusing puzzle where all the different pieces never seem the same. No two pieces look alike. Different shapes. Different sizes. Different textures. Yet, we feel as though somehow they all must fit together in a way that makes sense and feels right. To be fair human beings are complex and at the same time are also relatively simple. With a little understanding about the brain and how the nervous system works in relationships, understanding mental health and the different concerns can be achieved.
